The Reunion
I was curled up on my couch in an oversized t-shirt and tiny cotton shorts, nursing a glass of wine and scrolling mindlessly through my phone when the doorbell rang. It was almost 8 PM. I wasn’t expecting anyone, especially not after the disaster my life had become in the last two weeks.
I opened the door and froze.
