Exploration

As I left the center, her address burning in my pocket, my body still hummed with aftershocks. Tomorrow night couldn’t come soon enough.

I barely slept that night. Work the next day dragged in a haze of emails and meetings, my mind replaying the kiss on the massage table, the way Hannah’s fingers had slipped between my legs, the soft sound of her moaning my name. By evening, I was a bundle of nerves and desire. I showered carefully, chose a simple black dress that hugged my curves, and drove to the address she’d given me a quiet suburban neighborhood about twenty minutes from the city.
