"I don't know who she is..." I said, shaking my head.

"All I know is that she came from the west coast and Axel had kept her as a prisoner ever since," I told her.

Emily watched my every move as I spoke and I couldn't blame her. She probably didn't trust a single word that left my lips and I wouldn't blame her for I would have done the same if I were in her shoes.
