Violet's POV

My eyes moved between all three of them as I tried to see a crack in their demeanour. Yet, I found none.

They truly meant it.

After everything they have been through they were still hellbent on killing Axel. I could not believe them.

My hands trembled as rage built within the pits of my stomach.

I turned to my father who was clutching the bars of their cell expectantly waiting for my response.

"I can't believe you, Dad..." I whispered, shaking my head. "You have been locked up for so long and you still haven't learned your lesson?"
