Chloe's POV

My lashes fluttered and I squinted my eyes adjusting to the light. Not that it was too bright, but I had not seen light for some time. I rolled my body to the edge of the soft and big bed that I was lying on, wanting to get up. I had been drifting in and out of sleep for the past few hours, or maybe days, I had no idea.

"Hey, Chloe, you are awake." A masculine but soft voice echoed close to me. "You must be thirsty. I should get you water."

"E... Ethan?" The name just left my lips. That was the person I was hoping...
