In the north, the lowlife Logan and his hooligans had taken the seat of power.

He took half of the entire island, including Port Alvarez, the palace that had once had a place with our family and was emblematic to everybody on the island. Not only was the palace effectively solid, yet it was likewise the spot from which the Alvarez family had dominated.
