Chapter 2

The Sky pack warriors were left in shock and despair as their leader and his wife were taken captive, they couldn't do anything at this point to get their general and his wife back. They had won the battle, but at a great cost. The enemy pack had fled into the night, taking their captives with them. The Sky pack warriors knew they would stop at nothing to rescue their leader and his wife, even if it meant following the enemy pack to the ends of the earth, But they will do their best to find them. They returned back home to their Pack and explained everything to the Alpha of the Sky Pack. The warriors were ordered to go back home and rest up for tomorrow, which will be the day they plan to rescue their army general and his wife.

The next day, they gathered together and decided to set out once more to locate their leader and his wife.

This time, they had a better idea of where to look, and they were determined to succeed. The warriors split into smaller groups once again, each group taking a different route to search for their leader and his wife. They searched through dense forests, over rocky terrain, and across treacherous rivers, but still, there was no sign of them, it was like they were hidden somewhere and there was no much clue to use to locate them.

As the days turned into weeks, the warriors grew increasingly frustrated. They were exhausted from the constant search and the lack of progress was starting to weigh heavily on them. They began to doubt whether they would ever find their leader and his wife.

Despite the challenges, the warriors refused to give up. They knew that their leader and his wife were out there somewhere, and they were determined to bring them home. They searched day and night, never giving up hope that they would one day find them.

But as the weeks turned into months, it became clear that the search was taking too long. The warriors were forced to return home, their hearts heavy with the knowledge that their leader and his wife were still missing. They knew that they would never give up the search, but for now, they would have to wait for a new lead to come their way.

Meanwhile.....

The leader and his wife were both locked up in the enemy pack's home, their captors keeping a close watch on them at all times. They were held in separate cells, with no means of communicating with each other.

The leader was determined to escape, but he knew that he needed to bide his time and wait for the right moment. He studied his surroundings carefully, looking for any weaknesses in the enemy pack's security that he could exploit.

And, his wife was also trying to come up with a plan to escape. She knew that they needed to work together if they were going to have any chance of getting out alive. She tried to communicate with her husband through subtle gestures and signals, but their captors were always watching.

Days turned into weeks, and the leader and his wife grew more and more desperate to escape, they had used something to make her unable to perform magic as she was a hybrid, part wolf, part witch. They knew that they needed to act fast, before it was too late.

Finally, one night, the leader managed to break free from his cell. He quickly found his wife's cell and together, they made a run for it. They fought off their captors, using all of the skills they had learned as warriors of the moon pack.

They managed to escape the enemy pack's home and make their way back to the Sky pack's territory. When they arrived, all the warriors came out to be sure and saw it was them but how are they back, they ask themselves.

The Army general and his wife seeked the Alpha in his home and we're invited in. The Alpha was surprised to see them as he thought they would be dead by now.

The Alpha asked then questions on how they were able to escape and they answered truthfully but the Alpha and the few warriors present doubted them. They forced them to confess something they never did, which was , give the enemy some information about the Sky Pack in exchange for freedom.

But with all their pleads, they weren't believed and was sentenced to death by beheading.

"Go and bring their daughter" The Alpha ordered as the warriors followed through , going to the Army's general and his wife's house to get their daughter.

The girl has been at home all this while taking care of herself as her parents weren't back. Her parents had taught and trained from the time she was a baby. When they left for war, she was given instructions to follow as she will be the only one at home.

It was getting to months and still her parents weren't back. She couldn't ask anyone, all she did was pray to the Moon Goddess to bring them back safely to her.

While she was eating and watching TV in the sitting room, a knock came on the door. She stood up and looked through the peep hole in the door. She noticed it were the warriors of her pack and she quickly opened it, wanting to hear news of her parents.

She was asked to come with them and she did so freely not having anything in mind. Getting to the palace , owned by the Alpha, she saw her parents kneeling down, their head on a short table outside and the Alpha with a sword. The warriors that came for her, then held her arm taking her closer. Other pack members gathered as they watched what was happening.

"These great warriors which we had trusted has betrayed our back and shall be beheaded" The Alpha announced as he raised his sword. It took the girl a while to register what she heard as her parents screamed that they weren't guilty, tears rolling down their faces. They spotted her as they mouthed "I love you" to the girl.

The sword came down, cutting her father's neck, making the girl shake in fear,not able to blink her eyes. The sword the came down on her mother's neck after her father's, cutting it also and the girl screamed and fell to the ground.

The Alpha ordered the warriors to take the girl inside as she will be part of the slaves. The girl was about to perform magic in anger but held herself back, it wasn't time yet.
