I came back to the mansion early in the morning,

I have slept at the hospital with mother,

I didn't want to leave her side but I got no choice

I entered my room and lay on the bed, I could hear the sound of the running tap

That means Layla was in dear

I closed my eyes but sleep wasn't forth coming

The bathroom door opened and Layla walked out

"Alexa I have been searching for you, you didn't come back home last night " she rapped

"Layla one question at a time " I said

"OK start talking " she said and I rolled my eyes

"madam rose said I could rest because I was sick and I used the opportunity to visit my mum at the hospital " I said

"you are sick and you were asked to rest, don't you know it will be deducted from your salary " she asked and I chuckled

Only if she knew my salary has been increased

"no no Layla, to top it up young billionaire just increased my salary, did I just say increased?? He doubled it" I said and her eyes widened

"you are kidding right" she asked and I shook my head

"of course not, why will I joke with such thing " I said

"you are so lucky girl, you aren't working yet salary has been improved, isn't that great?? " she asked and I nodded

I tossed on my bed, I was tired of sleeping

I can't stay in this room all day, it's killing me

Maybe I should take a stroll round the mansion, I climbed down from the bed and out of my room

The maid were doing one thing or the other

I went outside and even if I have been working here for a week now, I still amazed by its beauty

I walked round till I got to a beautiful garden behind the mansion

It looks beautiful and I didn't know when I broke the rules and entered

"wow" I exclaimed staring at it

The breeze was cool and the flowers beautified it most

" I thought I told no one to step foot in here" I heard a voice I recognize to be Brian but couldn't see his face

"I'm sorry sir, please I'm sorry " I said

"Ivy?? "he asked and came out of the place he was in the garden

"I'm sorry please don't be mad at me " I said dropping my face not to stare at him

"c'mon I didn't know it was you and I have been searching for you, where have you been " he asked

"I went to visit my mum " I replied

"interesting but what are you doing here, I thought I said you should get enough rest" he asked again

"yes, but I was tired of sleeping and I was so bored " I said and he chuckled

"you should have said that earlier enough, I was thinking I should go to my pent house, I will be glad if you go with me " he said and my eyes widened

"no no sir, it's not a good idea" I said

"it wasn't a request but a command, let's go already " he said pulling me out of the garden and to the garage

"people are watching Brian " I whispered but he only smirked and we got into one of his cars and drove out

We got to his pent house

I was little but so beautiful

"say here, let me quickly get something because we are going somewhere " he said and I nodded

He went in and almost took lots of time getting something

Just to get something he was taking the full day

"can we leave " I heard his voice and I turned around just to see a different person besides me

He looks different, more like a poor commoner

The clothes, everything but he was still cute

Assuming I didn't recognize his voice I would have thought his someone else

Did he just disguise himself!??

"stop staring at me that way, let's just go" he said and I slowly nodded

"I'm taking you to somewhere because I will like to make memories with you in there" he said as we walked out of the pent house

We walked passed his car and I was wondering if he wouldn't drive

"won't you drive " I asked

"no we will take a bus" he said and my eyes widened

A bus

I mean a billionaire in a bus

I kept quiet and walked beside him, the black cardigan was covering his hair

He stop a bus and we entered

We got to a little village, it was small

People were doing their own business

"it's Mrs helper again " the children screamed immediately they saw Brian

"hey sweetie, how are you " he asked touching their cheeks

"fine mister" one of them reply

"Mr helper you told us if you are coming again you will buy us some goodies from the city" another one say and Brian ran his hands on his hair

"oh I forgot Angel but you can have this" he said handling them money

"show your mum the money before you get anything " he said

"yes Mr helper" they chorus and ran out

"those kids are adorable " I said

"wait till you see more" he said

We got to an orphanage home and the way Brian was playing with the children, I must say he was very found of them

We spend some hours there before touring round the village,

The village stream, the market and the people

Everything was wow

It might be a little village but they were blessed with many resources and the people are very kind

I love their food

"we should get going, it's late " he said and I nodded

We entered the public bus and headed to his pent house where he changed back his outfit

We got into his car and headed back to the mansion

"Thanks ivy, for spending the day with me and promise to keep this a secret " he said and I nodded

"you have my words Brian " I said

"thanks once more" he added and before I knew it he hugged me again

I felt relaxed and hugged him back without knowing his mother was watching us

I lay flat on my bed,

I couldn't sleep

I thought of the fun Alexa and I had in the village

I must admit she's fun to be with, I mean the way she got along with the kids were amazing

They love her and apart from the kids who I cherish, I can say I cherish her too

I don't understand this feelings but I think I'm attracted

Does it call love

Did I love Ivy,

I groaned remembering the thought of how we started, she can never love me

It's best I get rid of this feelings, she will never love me

Maybe she see me as a friend

If I tell her my feelings, she might hate me so it's best I keep it to myself

I smile just picturing her face, I couldn't sleep, I tried but sleep wasn't coming

I stood up from my bed heading out

The breeze felt cool and I think it was about to rain

I went out of the mansion and walked to the garden where I sat now studying the stars

I tossed and tossed round the bed, I couldn't sleep

I don't know but each time I close my eyes I see Brian

I thought billionaires are cruel and heartless but Brian is different and some one who has the heart of a gold

I walked out of the mansion and took a tour round it

I took steady steps round the mansion and headed straight to the garden

I sat on the carpet grass and stare at the star, no doubt it made the night looks more adorable

"hey" someone said and crouched down to me, I raised my head to see Brian

Why isn't he sleeping

"why aren't you sleeping " he asked rather

"I couldn't sleep " I replied still staring at the stars

"same here" he replied

"since we both can't sleep, let's do something lively " he said

Sounds interesting

"I will like to know you more" he winked making him cute

"Trust me there's nothing to know about me" I signed knowing I have nothing meaningful in my life

I mean dad is dead

I couldn't finish my studies and my mom is sick

So there's absolutely nothing and I don't want him to find out how mess up my life is

"start talking already, I mean I want to know things you like and dislike, your family and lots more" he rapped

IN THE MORNING

oh my God this bed looks so comfortable

It's soft

I'm I in heaven??

How come my bed suddenly became soft

I slowly opened my eyes and stared around

I gasped

This isn't my room,

I look around and saw Brian on the couch

I'm I Brian's room??

My eyes widened and I got up immediately

How did I get here

I mean Brian was the one who slept on my shoulders

So how come I'm here

I tiptoe to the couch and waved my hands on his face

Thanks God he's still sleeping

I need to leave right away

I turned back heading to the door when someone hand pulled me back to himself

It was Brian

I thought he was sleeping a moment ago

"morning ivy" he smirked staring at me

I couldn't respond

I mean I just couldn't think

He's face was close to mine

He stared back at me too and pulled his face much closer

I couldn't help but stare at him lip, it was tempting

Our face touches each other and I couldn't help but close my eyes and just then the door burst open
