**Elizabeth's POV**

I looked at the crowd of onlookers. None of them felt that these doctors were behaving abnormally. It was as if I was the one who was behaving abnormally in their eyes.

"You're all crazy! Damn it!" I cursed and prepared to run away, but a doctor grabbed my arm firmly.

"You can't leave!"

"Let go of me!"

I kicked the doctor. He let out a scream and then fell to the ground spitting blood.

The scene scared everyone, including me. I swear I didn't kick him with a lot of force.

"Call the guards! Call the guards! There's been a murder!" The crowd of onlookers screamed....
