I didn't dare to look at Caleb's eyes after I said that, lowered my head and turned around to push the door open.

I was drinking water when I felt the mate bond.

The water kettle fell to the ground. Instead of picking it up, I immediately stood up and looked around.

"Elizabeth!"

"Elizabeth!"

Turning my head, Brandon and I met eye to eye. His reaction was exactly the same as mine. He also seemed to feel the mate bond with Elizabeth.
