“You're home!" Mum squealed, only if she knew I wasn't up for her bullshit.

I let out a sigh, kicking off my shoes pointlessly before heading up the stairs. I went straight to my room and buried my head in the mattress as I groaned.

“What's wrong, darling?" I heard Mum's voice from behind me.

I picked myself up, sitting up to face her. "Please, exit my room." I asked.
