For the past twenty years, I always believed Joseph truly loved me.
After all, when I was bullied by the girls at the neighboring vocational school, Joseph—who never stirred up trouble—lost his mind and rushed over to fight them. It became a huge incident.
He ended up with multiple fractures and was hospitalized.
I went to see him with teary eyes, and even though his body was wrapped in bandages, he just smiled and waved at me, pretending to be relaxed.
