This was my first time in this hospital.

Once I could walk again, I planned to explore the place while the night staff dozed off, looking for a way to escape. It seemed to be mostly VIP rooms, with very few people around.

After going down a level, I discovered an entire floor dedicated to VIP patients, with only one room on it. The lack of distractions allowed me to overhear conversations from inside.

“Aaro, what if I don’t make it this time? I want to stay by your side until we're both old and frail, leaning on our canes, and to travel the world together.”
