The maid's words made my heart clench and my head buzz.

It took me a moment to come to my senses, and I went to the bedside to see Selena. She closed her eyes and fell asleep, frowning. I couldn't tell if she was still bleeding because she was covered in a quilt, but from the look on her pale face, I knew her condition was going to be worse than when we first got back to the room.

As soon as I opened my mouth, I couldn't help but cry, “Dr. Jonny, please help Selena! Please!”

"Okay, I'll check her right away!"
