Penelope’s POV:

The apology speech tumbles out of my lips on autopilot. I don’t even know where the words come from. I don’t know where my composure comes from. It flows.
Scanning the faces of the guests, I try to gauge their reaction.
Some of them look pissed. A few others are horrified. Others look disappointed. Heck, even Calypso looks shocked, her jaw on the ground as she latched to Angelo who had a bewildered look on his face.
“Tonight’s exhibition is unfortunately concluded.” I finalize with a professional smile. “Good night.”
