My hands rocked across my face, fighting fatigue I scrambled to my feet heading to the bathroom where I splotched water on my hair and face. I changed into a singlet and walked out of my bedroom heading to hers- her room since her missing has turned into my safe haven. When I’m done with the office, and the plans to rescue her in my quiet time I come here to breathe in my best attempt to have something about her. Her scent still lingers in the air.
