“You see this?” Dan showed me his phone. On the screen was Tyler's exclusive interview with a TV host. My heart aches while looking at his face. He looked really stressed and deprived of sleep.

Dan chuckled. “You see how my plan is working, Serena?”

I balled my fists when Dan hid his phone after ending the video. He was succeeding in torturing Tyler but he won't succeed in tearing us apart because even when we're not together, I can still feel that our hearts were with each other.
