"Hazel, are you ready for the party tonight?" I asked, excitement bubbling in my voice as I finished getting ready in front of the mirror.

Hazel emerged from her room, a bright smile lighting up her face. "Absolutely, Charlotte! I've been looking forward to it all week."

I grinned, feeling a rush of anticipation at the thought of a night out with my friend. "It's going to be so much fun. I can't wait to let loose and dance the night away."

Hazel chuckled, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "You and me both! But first, we need to make sure everything's sorted for the little ones."
