Prom chaos, part two

Even though Jordan and Elena were adopting Shawn, they thought it would be best to leave him at our house. Jordan didn’t want to disrupt Shawn’s life any more than it already had been. We also told Mom and Dad, along with Ryan and Alex, about the news. Jordan threatened to rip our dad’s tongue out if he even made one crack about Shawn and me.

It was also prom night. With everything that happened this past week, our parents still forced us to attend Prom. We even got the lecture; you’ll regret not going later. I already regret going now.
