We needed to surprise Luis, catching him off guard. We needed to figure out where he had taken the baby.

The six of us flew to our next destination. If I learned anything from my family, expect the unexpected. We touched down in front of a house, and Hunter stopped the helicopter. We got out, walking to the door.

We didn’t bother knocking, entering. We walked into the house.

A gruff voice said, “Welcome to my humble abode. Make yourselves at home.”

We walked inside.
