Morning Wood

I heard the annoying sound of an alarm going off. I felt someone snuggle closer to me, and as I was enjoying the moment, I felt something poke me, and it hurt! I opened my eyes and saw Ryan snoozing away, and before realizing it, I looked down and saw it. I yelled, falling out of bed.

I must have startled him because he sat straight up. Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, he looked around and noticed I left.

“Alex?” His voice was so dreamy when he first wakes up in the morning.

I stood up and looked at him, biting my thumb.
