Anna's POV

It has not been long when Daniel left when I thought about it again, although I do not have anything to gain, I could use somethings from him. I ran outside and tried chasing him to tell him. When I reached a particular spot, my instinct told me he did not pass beyond here, he went to another direction, i thought to myself. He went to the other path.

"Shit! I cursed out loud."

He was not to go to that part of the forest. I quickly used my insight to look for where he was at the moment and I could see he was already chasing the forest guy. I ran as fast passing another way so as to cross him on the way. He has almost closed on the forest guy when I reached him.

"I will help you, i said to him."

I could see the disappointment in his face as he looked at where the forest guy was running through. He turned to me and was very furious at me.

"Why did you have to interrupt now? You clearly saw I was chasing someone and you interrupt me, you know him right? That was why you came in and interrupt me right? He shouted at me"

I feigned ignorance and stuttered,

"Where you busy doing something? Ohhh, you do not need my help anymore right? I am so sorry, i will leave now." I turned my back and started walking away.

He ran after me and said,

"I am sorry, i have been hearing footsteps in this side and today i found out the person. I was chasing him and was almost close to catching him when you interrupted. But do not worry, i think he was the one that hurt my mum, soon enough I will find him." He said and continued

"So, where do we start from? Let us start now and you teach me everything I need to know." He just finished it when I heard his wolf growl. It was against me again, i thought. This boy's wolf is very powerful and strong but because he does not know anything about it, he does not know what his wolf is preventing him from and I must not allow him to know. I thought to myself. I turned around to face him and said,

"First, you must know how to control your wolf and communicate with it, you should know how to call it when you want to and tame it. There should be a connecting between you both, something that no one else can feel. You should listen to it but not all times because it can be selfish whenever it wants to be. You should name it also." I said to him as I continued walking towards my hut.

I could see him contemplating within himself. We had almost reached the house when he talked,

"I would name him Rex. And how do I communicate with it? How do I control it and why would it be selfish?" He continued to ask me multiple questions until I shut him.

"One question at at time please. First, I need you to change into your wolf. I said."

The next thing I saw was very captivating. He changed into a big black wolf with blue eyes that shone bright like the sun and an heavily fur body. It was mesmerizing to the eye. It had a small semilunar patch on one of its paw. There was something more enticing in its eye, it felt like it could see through you. I had to tell him to change back immediately and continued

"Your wolf is big for a loner like you, who is your father? I asked him"

He replied,

"My father, I do not have one. He is a wolf like me too but I have never met him. He left before I was born but his name is D...." he stuttered before he could finish saying it. I could not hear what he said.

I turned back and I could see him struggling with his wolf again. I need to change my tactics against this wolf. It was too sensitive for me and I had to know what his father's name is. I tried to free my mind and i told him to change back to his wolf again. This time, his wolf did not struggle against him again. As soon as he did, they sprinted over the grass and started running. It was like it was set free. But as he looked at me, there was something different this time, it was not trying to see through me, it was trying to know me. I then shouted at him

"Try to control it and communicate with it. You can start by running around the forest and coming back, do not branch anywhere. During those times, call it it's name and try to talk to him. You can use your mind, do not say anything with your mouth." I had not finished talking when he sprinted away from the house to the bushes. I went inside immediately to change my clothes.

I was a banshee, someone that could use her intuition to get things. I could also see things. I had a wolf too because my dad was also a wolf but mine was small. Not too small but average. It was a white one with black eyes. I had used it just once and that was the first time it came out. I loved it immediately but I had just learnt some things about myself and I was not allowed to use it anymore unless I met the moon goddess. When I met her, i was so happy untill I found out that the moon goddess does not know she is a moon goddess. I was pulled out of my reverie when I heard Daniels wolf run back and he shifted back heaving heavily.

"What is wrong with you? Why did you come in like that? Did you see a ghost? I asked him" He just looked at me happily like a little kid and smiled at me. He replied saying

"I communicated with my wolf"
