“It’s finally quiet,” Nicholas mumbles.

“It is, but it was nice with everyone here too,” I agree.

The last couple of days have been anything but quiet with so many people here, though I wouldn’t change it for anything. Thanksgiving with the Parkers was just amazing—we spent dinner laughing and just enjoying each other’s company. When the guys retreated to the living room to watch football, Cara, Vivienne and I went outside and sat on the large deck with glasses of wine.
