Why is Theo distracted?

ELSA'S POV.

It was another new day, and everything about Daniel's admission to the hospital had been forgotten, though, the doctor's words refused to leave my head. It was glued to my brain.

'My son missed someone dearly.' He had said to me.

I needed no sorcerer to tell me that the person he missed so much was my daughter, his twin, and I couldn't help but hope that she would return soon with Gerald, looking so hale, and healthy.

"Come on, mummy, we will be late for school if you don't come out this minute." I heard Daniel shouting from outside.

"I'm done!"...
