Asher's POV

As I watched Natalie walk away from me and the the guards form a fence around her, I could not explain the pain I was feeling. It was excruciating. The farther she went, the more it ached.

I was in agony, the worst of all sorts of pains I had felt. It was eating at both of my mind and it was slow, talking it's time to drain me of all strength I had.

I turned around and walked into the pack house, heading straight up the stairs and not my suite. I shut the door behind me and I was greeted by a concentration of her scent....
