It had been a few days since the Elders came to see me and the people were revolting. Kade had managed to calm them down somehow and I no longer had the deadline hanging over my head. He had assure them that I would find a cure to the diseases and plagues and that I would find a solution to everything that was going on.

He assured them like there was actually a way for me to do it. I wondered how I was going to keep the promises I had made and the ones he had made.
