“Mom! Is something wrong?” I asked, breaking the silence at the dinner table.

I can understand the awkwardness with Tajwar Bhai eating with us everyday and then Aahil’s permanent scowl along with Nipuna’s blank expression and then Mridula’s taking care of Tajwar Bhai’s food. However, none of it must have stopped Mom from saying anything but there is something else.
