I felt a strong hand on my shoulder, pulling me back and forth with a force that almost left me breathless.

“Samantha… Samantha, wake up! You have to wake up.” The voice echoed through my mind.

“Five more minutes, please.” I mumbled, still half asleep.

“Wake up, now! The monster is attacking again!”

“Monst...” The words barely left my mouth before I tossed the jacket aside and jumped to my feet.
