“Are you sure that's what she said?” I asked, blinking the last trace of sleep from my eyes.

“Yes, your Highness… Those were the exact words written in the letter that Lady Selene sent this morning,” Zain explained. “It also says that once the evidence needed for conviction is compiled, she plans to turn herself in for punishment."

Half an hour later, I walked down the quiet palace hallway with nothing but chaos in mind.
