JAX’S POV.

 

I was barely paying attention to their whole talks and all. I spent just enough to know when to say the right words, like ‘Oh!’ ‘That’s amazing,’ ‘I like the idea,’ so it would look like I was following. I was aware enough to greet the new ones I was introduced to as well.

 

Mr. Kim was a big talkative who shared every single part of his life journey with everyone who cared to listen and those that didn’t want to as well. 

 

I had never found myself that bored. It was just too much that I was starting to regret showing up this night.
