Emma's POV

After they left, I tidied up the kitchen and started planning for the day. They would be taking their exams soon, and I wanted to make sure that the house would be as pleasant as possible when they returned. Maybe I could prepare their favorite meal as a reward for their efforts.

I then sat down for a moment to reflect, taking in all the wonderful times we had as a family. Every little step the children took, every challenge they faced, was part of a journey toward a brighter future. With great anticipation, I looked forward to hearing from them after the exams were over.
