Emma's POV

"Logan…" I whispered, even though no one could hear me. My feelings were in turmoil, and I felt increasingly confused. I couldn't deny that Logan's presence in my life gave me a comfort that I hadn't felt in a long time. But was it enough? Would that feeling last? I didn't want to make another mistake. Not just for myself, but for my children as well.

I closed my eyes, but my mind couldn't calm down. Logan's words kept playing in my head. He said he would do anything I wanted, but I didn't even know what I wanted right now. My heart was still filled with confusion....
