Gonzalo was inside the garden as well but in a way I never could have imagined encountering him.

The scenes were so terrifying. His fangs were out. Sharp and long with his nails growing so long out of his hands. His eyes were glowing, dangerously crimson red as I gasped, shivers tracing down my spine.

One thing was certain, this wasn't the calm man I had been with last night, the man who touched me with heat, who had spoken with control and calmness; this creature standing before me right now is a monster. A blood-sucking monster.
