Inside the airplane, Ariana sat beside me while I occupied myself with my phone, engrossed in my work.

Curiosity got the better of me, and I turned to check on her, only to find her fast asleep.

With a silent scoff, I averted my gaze from her and resumed scrolling through my phone.
