I did not sleep on the floor. He made me get into bed. I lay on my side stiff as a board. He got in beside me. The bed was big but I could feel the heat from his body. I did not move all night. When the sun came through the window I was still awake. He got out of bed. He did not say anything to me. He just went into the bathroom. I heard the shower. I lay there waiting. I did not know what to do.
