--Athena’s POV--

"H-how…" I couldn’t continue my words.

My father opened his arms to welcome me. I ran to him and couldn’t contain my feelings. I hugged him back. Tears clouded my eyes, and I wiped them immediately before my father could see them.

"I don’t know how it happened. But I guess the gods have heard your sufferings. " He touched the tip of my nose.

My insides break apart. I sighed and held his hand.

"You’ll get the help you need. I know this is temporary, but we still need to prove to everybody you’re not guilty. " I caressed his wrist.
