That Night, Something Weird Happened

Lucas unexpectedly arrived in the most uncomfortable situation. He seemed shocked to see me there, but more shocked to see his friend, Knight. I thought that he must’ve really declined the idea of visiting his old friend that they were this shocked.

I smiled wickedly at Lucas when he sat beside Amos. He’s staring at me like I'm some sort of weird creature, as always.

He cleared his throat before saying something. "Nice to see you here, Mr. CEO."
