MELODY’S POV

I was already up before he did.

Filled with rage, my first instinct was to get up, go to my suite, get my things and take the next flight to Everestland. But on second thought, I decided to remain here in his bed with him.

Such things happen even where one does not intend to. It should be as a result of long and persistent thoughts about her and I am sure that by morning, he would have forgotten ever mentioning her name.

I felt his hands on my shoulder, and he planted a kiss on my cheek.

I smiled sheepishly. She was not a threat after all....
