I looked up from my desk and saw him standing right in front of me. “How did you get in here” I uttered in disbelief.

“You did not disappear into thin air, did you?” he asked and took a seat.

“Hey, it was just for fun, it was a one-night stand and it is no big deal” I mumbled.

Okay, I know I went a little over the extreme, but then that does not warrant his searching for me as if I stole from him.
