Kate's POV

We met Tio, a young man with passion evident on his face. He greeted us warmly, shaking Erlan’s hand and then mine.

“Nice to finally meet you, Mrs. Kate. Erlan told me a lot about your skills and experience,” Tio said with a respectful smile.

I returned his smile, feeling a little more comfortable. “Nice to meet you too, Tio. I hope we can have a good working relationship.”

The meeting started smoothly. Tio presented his idea enthusiastically, and I could immediately see the great potential in his project. Erlan occasionally added comments, supporting Tio’s ideas and showing how well the project fits with our company’s vision.
