Two days later

I've heard nothing from Knox since the DNA test but I'm not bothered about it.

I sit across from Iva in her small living room, my hands twisting together in my lap. The anger still burns hot inside my chest. I remember every detail of the pictures Knox showed me that night at his house. The images sit heavy in my mind, and they make my blood boil all over again.
