After a while I see them walk out. Knox is ahead with Emma following behind him. 

He has a huge frown on his face like he does not want to spend another minute with her around him. 

I smile again in satisfaction because this is just the beginning. By the time I am done with her, he will hate her completely.

They get into the car and drive off. I wait for extra thirty minutes before stepping out of my car.

I wear my spectacles and take my bag, then walk toward the hospital entrance. 

To others walking by, I look like every normal person going into the hospital....
