Lord X appeared in the passageway and blocked the intruder. Claude stood in front of Lord X with red face as he tried to think of words to say to defend himself.

“What were you doing in Kristal’s room?” Lord X asked with greeted teeth.

“n...no...nothing...nothing...I was heading to your study when I saw the door opened and I just closed it.” He said in defence making Lord X raise a brow.

He grabbed Claude by the collar “the last time I checked, my study is on the east wing of the penthouse.”
