I heard the knock at the door and opened it slightly then peaked outside to the see the strange man standing with the tray of food and juice.

"This is for you," he said.

"I don't want it," I said feeling scared. I only felt comfortable taking food from Nate.

The strange man fixed a Bluetooth in his ear and nodded his head.

"It's from Nate. He is out but he sends this for you and told me to remind you to take your medicine."
