The consultant finally calls me into her office. I walk to find a middle-aged woman sitting behind a tidy white desk with some books arranged neatly by the sides and an ash-colored HP laptop on it, located at the center.

"Good morning, ma'am." She's advanced enough to know the situation of our pack and the Luna seat, unlike the secretary who goes to sit at her office, a different session of this office, but here she's addressing me by what I intended. What does she want me to address her as?
