{Lisa’s POV}
The first thing I noticed was the smell. Warm bread, something faintly sweet, and the earthy trace of coffee that followed it. All of it extremely mouth watering.
When I opened my eyes, a tray sat neatly on the table beside the bed. Porridge, bread still soft from the heat, and a slice of fruit cut so carefully I could already guess who had done it.
A smile tugged at my lips. “Oh Ronan.”
