I hastily gulped the glass of water in my hand and followed Raymond upstairs as he led the way. He opened the door of the bedroom upstairs and said

“This will be your room, you’ll have everything you need here I presume. Are you okay with it?”

“Why is my bedroom upstairs ?“ I had asked in honest curiosity.
