"Well, well, well. Isn't this a pleasant surprise. Who do we have here?" Carl tossed at Julius playfully as he walked into the Alpha’s chambers.

Julius smiled widely at his friend, surprised at how intact his sense of humor still was. "You make it seem like we haven't seen in ages."

Trying to hold onto his hand, Carl held on tightly despite being weak. "Everyday seem like a year for me now Julius." He smiled weakly.

Not wanting to look sombre, Julius forced a grin on his face. "Just admit you have missed me...
