"You know what I think? We should end the discussion about Flair and mate stuff. I liked when the conversation was light," I said when he didn't respond after asking what's wrong.

"Yeah, you're right." He immediately gestured for the waiter to walk over where we sat.

"What's our bill?" he asked.
