Rose felt somehow, she somehow believed Kimberly was suspecting her because she already lied to her before about her identity so she felt it'll be hard for Kimberly to trust her again.

“I'll just take this out of the room.” Rose said to Kimberly and packed the clothes away. Kimberly was quiet. She wanted to act normal but she didn't know how to because she felt what Rose told her was a lie.

“I really need to get this out of my head.” Kimberly said to herself and laid on the bed.
